  • Four dis-empowering mindsets in conversations.

  • Four level of listening.

  • How to listen actively.

ASKING POWERFUL QUESTIONS

Learning Methodology

This one-day workshop will have a balanced mix of basic coaching concepts and practical coaching practices. Practices, experiential activities and videos will be utilized to enhance participants' learning experiences. The real life case studies and contextualized coaching practices will ensure participants can apply what they learn right away.
